Email support@newwaylabs.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, media type, and the message shown by the failed item. Please do not attach private media unless we ask for it.

Why does the export pause?

iOS may suspend intensive media work when an app is closed. Reopen Looks and the registered queue will continue from its next unfinished item.

Where are finished files?

They are saved as new items in the Photos library. Your originals remain unchanged.

Which LUT files work?

Looks accepts standard 3D .cube files with a cube size from 2 to 65. A file with malformed or incomplete colour data is rejected before you start an export.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the purchase screen and tap Restore purchases. Looks checks the purchases associated with your Apple Account.

Can I process HDR media?

The first release targets standard dynamic range output. HDR preservation is not currently promised.
